While in Ollantaytambo, we plan to stay at the new Hotel Pakaritampu, with its wonderful gardens and easy walk to local markets.

In Cusco, we plan to stay at the centrally located Casa Andina Classic Koricancha Hotel. Created by joining two colonial homes together, we are a two-minute walk from the central plaza. Dinner in Cusco will include the popular Pachapapa Restaurant atop Cusco’s artisan San Blas Street.

In Machu Picchu Pueblo we plan to stay at the Machu Picchu Inn at the heart of town. Frommer’s Travel Guide names our daily dinner location, the French-Peruvian Indio Feliz, the best restaurant in Machu Picchu Pueblo.

We will enjoy a fabulous farewell dinner in Lima at La Rosa Nautica Restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Hotels are shared occupancy. Full buffet style breakfasts are provided every day in our hotels. Lunches will be at either local restaurants or box lunches while we are out working in the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. Vegetarian/vegan meal selections are available.
